Instructor Spotlight: Lauren Meader

Are you ready for this?!  We are so excited and just cannot wait to get stamping with you all next month!  April 16th will be here before you know it and we have a lot of ground to cover!  Today we are kicking off our Instructor Spotlight series for Stamping Around NH with a local favorite - Lauren Meader!

Lauren taught at the very first gathering we held last year in NH (before we were even Stamping Around!) and put together such a wonderful class that we were thrilled to have her back!  A lot has happened since then and Lauren has struck out on her own with My Time Made Easy - a brand new company dedicated to making your crafting life beautiful and simple!  Here's what she has to say:

My name is Lauren Meader and I am the creator of My Time Made Easy™ LLC. I am just like you! Whether you are a business woman, stay at home mom, a working mom, or everyone in between, we all have the same things in common! Our free TIME (and often expendable income) is limited! Our daily lives are busy, and full of responsibilities. I have family to care for, a house to clean, meals to cook and that is just the first of many hats I need to wear daily. It can be hard to find "me" time. Many of us have so little time for ourselves these days, that we need to really maximize the time we do get to use, and make the most of it! That is where My Time Made Easy™ LLC comes in! This entire venture started with a simple goal: Sharing what I love with the world!! I began papercrafting in 2004, while pregnant with my third child. I needed something for "me". Once I inked up that first stamp I fell in LOVE! It has gone from a hobby to a passion. I love spending my time creating products and inspiration for you to benefit from with your crafting time!

And here is a little sneaky peek of Lauren's project . . . ooooohhhhh - I cannot wait to see the whole thing!!  I love those colors - turquoise is THE color for 2010! :)  Here's Lauren's description and supply list:

Supplies: (we will have a full list for all classes to post soon)

• Paper Tape or Redline Tape (strong adhesive to hole template together)
• Score Pal or scoring tool
• Scissors
• Embossing pad, and embossing stylus
• Ink: Momento Black (or other black that can be used with Copic Markers) Aqua, Teal ink (if you have Cool Caribbean, Bermuda Bay by SU!) and Green ink (Bamboo Leaves by Momento, or New Leaf by PTI)
• Copic Markers in B00 and BG49
